Research on my project and the importance of it.
Research
In a developing cycle, research is very important and impacts the outcome of the project greatly. Whether its technical research or research focussing on the theoretical part of things, it is always necessary for a content creator to have his work and opinion backed up by academics and successful people in that particular filed of study. This way, the creator can move forward with his project, knowing that he is creating something accurate.
There are several ways to know if a source is reliable, like checking the author. Usually, if the author is anonymous, it would be best to stay away from that source. Furthermore, it would be best to check in website of famous companies and newspapers (e.g. New York Times).
The reason you should always include a reference list on your work is to avoid being accused for plagiarising someone else's work and passing it as your own.
For my project, technical research played a huge role on how my video would unfold. I needed to go research techniques that would help me bring my idea into life. First of all, I had to choose the software I was going to use in order to establish the methods and techniques I was going to do research into.
For my project I chose the Adobe programs Photoshop, After Effects, LightRoom and Premiere Pro.
I researched a variety of effects and techniques like "The parallax Effect", speed up in Premiere, 3D camera Tracking and many others.
The good thing about these particular programs is the fact that the work via dynamic link. This means that when I am working on an effect in After Effects, it will automatically carry any changes on Premiere Pro when I am working on that project.
Technical research will inform my work a lot, by helping me unlock new skills that will assist me reach new potentials for my final project in this module.
Reflection: I can take this time, as a year zero student, to be on top of things on my first year as a student in the university, and this kind of research has vital role into achieving this target.

Excellent post. You have answered all of the questions and then taken it even further by referring it back to your upcoming project. Well done.
